Derma-Form Liquid is a very palatable liquid supplement for oral administration to dogs and cats and contains lecethin, and other emulsifiers to facilitate high assimilability.

Soybean oil, fish oil, sorbitan monooleate, lecithin, DL-alpha tocopherol acetate, polysorbate 80, vitamin A palmitate, cholecalciferol; with ethoxyquin, BHT, BHA and propyl gallate as preservatives.

Under 5 kg (11 lb) 1 pump

The quantity administered may be adjusted according to the condition and size of the pet.
